Students with 504 plans and students with Level 1 supports on their IEP, will follow the district hybrid learning plan schedule and be supported in the general education classroom by their special education teacher(s).
Students who receive speech and language services, occupational therapy, and/or social work services will continue to receive those services on the days they attend in person learning.
Students with Level 2 and/or Level 3 supports on their IEP will attend school all 4 in-person learning days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Students in these classrooms will be self-contained in their special education classroom, and will be able to socially distance every day due to the small number of students in the class. Transportation will be set up for all 4 days if needed.
Students with medical conditions that will impact their ability to participate in in-person learning should contact Alice Hoekstra, Director of Special Education at email@example.com immediately so that an individualized plan can be created for your child.
