Board Adopts Resolution in Support of Other Boards in a Challenging Economic Environment (02/09/09)

Board Candidate Filing Deadline is Feb. 9, 2010
The deadline to file as a candidate for the May 4 Board of Education election is Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 4 p.m. Nomination petitions must be filed with the County Clerk/Election Coordinator. Candidates may opt to pay a $100 filing fee instead of turning in a nomination petition with at least 40 signatures from registered voters.
In addition, the last day to register to vote in the May 4 election is Monday, April 5.
The terms held by Mike Cronen and Renny Ransbottom are expiring.
